SOLO

Solo performances for Eliza have taken her to some of the most prestigious venues in the world - The Royal Opera House in London, Brisbane and Hamburg.

She can be heard on numerous Hollywood soundtracks such as Robin Hood, Prometheus and Battlefield V, on bansuri solos with the LSO for Genshin Impact latest release, on her classical flutes, whistles, bansuris, ocarinas and much more. Her most recent recording, as soloist with BBC Concert Orchestra, will be released later this year on BBC Radio 3.

2023 is an exciting time for Eliza’s solo career, with the focus on her own writing, creating a new production with flutes, loop pedals and percussion. Her childhood love was music from Scotland and Africa, and through this process she is bringing together her strong belief in the binding qualities of cross-cultural collaborations and learning, her forceful connection to nature, and her powerful visions of expressing ourselves through music and visual art.

No stranger to radio broadcast, Eliza was booked as soloist with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on whistles for Classic FM. Performances on In Tune for Radio 3 with Freedom To Roam and Korros Ensemble in early 2022 were followed by the year’s highlight of recording solo with Peter Gabriel in November, performances as a soloist at Hamburg Opera House and finally with BBC Concert Orchestra in December for a BBC Radio 3 commission later this year.

Performances at Swaledale Festival on 29th of May precedes the release of her first solo album and tour.
